Architectural Technologist - Contract Position (Clairvaux, Pakistan)



We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Clairvaux, Pakistan on a contract basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and drafting of architectural plans and drawings for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for project designs
- Prepare construction documents, including technical specifications and materials lists
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals to ensure project timelines are met
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations in Pakistan
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
