A reputable construction company in Vilnius is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes to assist in the construction and maintenance of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate equipment with precision and accuracy to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, however, we welcome applicants of all nationalities who hold valid visas for working in Lithuania. Accommodation is not provided for this position.
