Part-Time Architectural Designer


We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis in La Condamine. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans for various projects, including residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess building conditions, and identify potential design challenges
- Research building codes, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance with all relevant standards
- Prepare presentations and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts to clients
- Work with contractors and engineers to ensure that designs are accurately implemented during construction
- Stay up-to-date with new materials, technology, and techniques in the architectural field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
This is a part-time position offering a salary of 1700$ per month.
