We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in La Condamine, Monaco. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential business partners
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competition in order to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences and maximize revenue opportunities
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel's services
- Analyze sales data and create reports for management on sales performance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management or related field
- Proven track record of successfully increasing revenue through effective sales strategies
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with standard working hours. However, flexibility may be required depending on business needs.

Location:
The hotel is located in La Condamine, Monaco. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in Monaco.
