As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales team.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or other languages are a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them through regular communication
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, reservations) to ensure cohesive efforts towards achieving sales goals
