Land Surveyor


We are in search of a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping out land areas, providing data for construction projects, and ensuring that all legal requirements are met. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment usage, and land laws/regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to determine precise measurements and boundaries of land areas
- Use various surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect data
- Analyze survey data and create detailed reports, maps, and charts
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to land surveys
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data collected

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment usage, and land laws/regulations
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Proficient in using surveying software and technology
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary starting at $1400 per month.
