We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design and build scalable machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for training and validation
- Train, evaluate, and tune machine learning models using various techniques such as cross-validation and hyperparameter optimization
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments
- Monitor model performance and make necessary improvements or updates as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning and apply them to our projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or related role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- In-depth knowledge of various machine learning techniques such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning etc.
- Experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch
- Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop or Spark is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills
