We are looking for a skilled Slinger to join our construction team in Split, Croatia. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for operating a crane and safely moving heavy materials and equipment around the construction site. This position requires experience in slinging heavy loads and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate crane to lift and move heavy materials and equipment around the construction site
- Safely sling loads using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Communicate with crane operator to ensure safe movement of materials
- Inspect slings and rigging for any damage or wear before use
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Slinger in a construction setting
- Must have valid slinger certification or license
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads repeatedly throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others on the team
