Job Title: Data Analyst - Vilnius, Kenya



As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends. Your main goal will be to turn data into valuable insights that will help drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean and organize large datasets from various sources.
- Develop and implement data analysis methodologies.
- Analyze data using statistical methods and create visualizations.
- Identify patterns, trends and insights from the data.
- Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in data analysis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel and statistical software (R, Python).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with database design principles and data mining techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
