Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential clients, including individuals, corporate groups, and travel agencies. Your main goal will be to increase sales revenue and occupancy by developing strong relationships with clients and consistently meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other partners
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel's services
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Negotiate contracts with clients ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Monitor competition activities in the market and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role for at least 2 years
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies in the hospitality industry
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
