Hotel Sales Manager

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Vilnius. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel. You will also be in charge of maintaining and building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
- Identify new business opportunities and actively network with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure all terms are favorable for the hotel
- Oversee the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent guest experience
- Prepare reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Ability to lead a team effectively and work collaboratively with other departments
- Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Vilnius
