We are hiring a skilled Mason to join our growing team in Nakuru. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and other various structures made of brick, stone or concrete. You will use your expertise to shape and lay bricks, aligning them with precision to create a strong and aesthetically pleasing structure. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in masonry work, be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specifications for construction projects
- Measure and mark surfaces to determine layout of construction
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using trowels or other tools
- Align bricks or stones according to the blueprint or design plan
- Use hand or power tools to cut or shape bricks, stones or blocks
- Clean excess mortar from finished work using water and brushes
- Repair any damaged structures by replacing bricks/stones as needed
- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools and techniques
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working with biometric passport holders preferred
