Blast Furnace Operator

As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces in our steel manufacturing plant in Eldoret. You will be responsible for starting up and shutting down the furnace, monitoring temperature and pressure levels, adjusting controls, and making necessary repairs and adjustments. You must have a strong understanding of metallurgy principles and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires physical strength and stamina, as well as the ability to work at heights. Accommodation and visa sponsorship may be provided for international candidates. No prior experience is required, but a background in manufacturing or engineering is preferred. This is a contract job with a salary of $1200 per month.
