Chef de Cuisine

As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring a smooth flow of service during busy hours.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a high-end restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and techniques
- Ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain quality during peak hours
- Strong understanding of food safety standards

Responsibilities:
- Create seasonal menus that showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking methods and portion control
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and presented beautifully
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes that align with our brand image
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.
