Office Manager
We are currently hiring for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Sheduva. This position is suitable for men and does not require fluency in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, overseeing administrative staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all office processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical workers
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office equipment maintenance and repairs
- Manage employee schedules and leave requests
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting training sessions for office procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Ensure all office processes are running efficiently
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Experience working as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Previous experience managing a team is preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
