Plasterer for Canadian Construction Company in Siauliai

Our Canadian construction company is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Siauliai. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for repairing and finishing walls and ceilings, as well as applying plaster to create a smooth and even surface. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in plastering, be able to work independently, and have excellent attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and legally eligible to work in Lithuania. Accommodation will not be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and removing any debris
- Mix and apply different types of plaster to achieve desired finish
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure even coverage
- Repair damaged areas by patching and sanding as needed
- Follow safety protocols on job sites at all times
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding project progress

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Legally eligible to work in Lithuania (Canadian citizenship preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their uses
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, with occasional weekend work required depending on project deadlines. You will primarily be working on construction sites, so the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions is necessary.
