Plasterer in Siauliai

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other structures to create a smooth and attractive finish. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in plastering and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, cleaning, and applying primer
- Measure and mix ingredients to create the appropriate consistency of plaster
- Apply plaster manually or using specialized tools such as trowels or spray guns
- Smooth out rough spots and ensure an even surface
- Create decorative textures if required
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in the surface before applying plaster
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on scaffolding or ladders

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of different types of plasters, their application techniques, and drying times
- Ability to read blueprints and take measurements accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, lift heavy materials, etc.
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working at heights or with hazardous materials

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. However, flexibility may be required for certain projects.

Location:
This position is based in Siauliai, Lithuania. Foreign candidates are welcome to apply but must have a valid work permit.
