Project Manager



As a Project Manager at our growing international company based in Dickirch, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the successful completion of projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
- Manage project resources effectively
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Preferred:
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international setting
