Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet their targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth functioning of hotel operations
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the hotel's services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1300 per month along with benefits such as health insurance, vacation time, and visa sponsorship.

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. We also welcome students who are looking for part-time employment opportunities.
