Hotel Sales Manager - Gujrat, India (Contract)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Contract Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy rates through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business contracts
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments to develop attractive packages and promotions for potential clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of local market trends, competition, and potential leads in Gujrat
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
