Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing hotel revenue and occupancy by developing and implementing sales strategies. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify potential business opportunities and develop relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify new target markets and trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the hotel
- Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Manage the sales team and provide training, coaching, and guidance
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and presentations for senior management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in the hospitality industry
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship in Gujrat
Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Gujrat (visa sponsorship available)
Working Hours: Full-time
