Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling our company's products and services to potential customers in the Oslo, Norway area. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Keep updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors' products/services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies to increase sales
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or relevant field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be highly motivated, result-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Fluency in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
Benefits:
The company offers free visa sponsorship for non-Norwegian candidates as well as a free ticket to Oslo. However, accommodation is not included.
Note: This job is suitable for freshers who have a strong interest in pursuing a career in sales. Training will be provided for selected candidates.
