Junior Sales Associate - Os, Nigeria


We are hiring a Junior Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Os, Nigeria. As a Junior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales activities including customer inquiries, product demonstrations, and order processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Participate in marketing events and campaigns to promote our products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
