Job Title: Executive Chef for Filipino cuisine in Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the menu and kitchen operations of a Filipino cuisine restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design creative menu items that showcase traditional Filipino flavors while also catering to modern tastes
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistent quality standards
- Ensure proper sanitation and food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional activities and events to attract customers
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu development

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a Filipino cuisine restaurant or similar establishment
- Strong knowledge of traditional Filipino cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Proven track record of developing successful menus that balance authenticity with innovation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team
- Ability to handle high-volume operations while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting principles
- Food safety certification preferred
