We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management, budgeting, and scheduling. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and design to execution and completion. You must have excellent communication skills to work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities to manage a team of workers effectively. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations to ensure compliance on all projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members
- Monitor progress and quality of work at various stages of the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Provide guidance and direction to the construction team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Salary:
1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
