Our solar installation company is seeking experienced and skilled Solar Installers to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar panels and electric systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs, ground mounts, and other structures according to plans and specifications
- Perform electrical wiring, connections, and system testing
- Evaluate site conditions and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance
- Conduct routine maintenance on installed systems to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise during installations or maintenance
- Follow safety protocols at all times to protect yourself and others on the job site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in solar panel installation or related field
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and materials
