As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food standards
- Create employee schedules that optimize productivity while adhering to labor costs
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and improve performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage staff effectively
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in previous roles
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is an advantage)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor
