Restaurant Manager
Are you a highly skilled Restaurant Manager with experience in the food and beverage industry? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1000 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all restaurant operations
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English is required, knowledge of Hebrew is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
- Must be able to legally work in Israel without visa sponsorship
