Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Sheduva, a vibrant city known for its industrial and architectural developments. As a leading firm in the industry, we specialize in designing and planning industrial buildings that optimize functionality, safety, and aesthetics. Our projects range from factories and warehouses to distribution centers and logistics facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings.
- Develop design concepts that align with the client's vision while adhering to building codes and regulations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed designs.
- Monitor construction progress and provide technical guidance to contractors.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask on multiple projects simultaneously.
