Architectural Technologist

We are searching for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Siauliai. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and technical aspects of architectural projects. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of proficiency in English and previous experience in the field. Candidates must have their own visa and we are specifically seeking applications from Indian nationals or those with authorization to work in Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist. You should have strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents for various projects. You will also assist with site surveys and attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss project requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

We are seeking someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with architects, engineers, and clients.
