Master Body Repair Technician


We are in need of an experienced and skilled Master Body Repair Technician to join our team in Washington. As a Master Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the extent of repairs needed
- Remove damaged parts and repair or replace as necessary
- Straighten bent frames and repair structural damage
- Weld and bond metal parts together
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Perform final quality checks to ensure repairs are completed correctly

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in body repair work
- Proficient in welding, sanding, painting, and other repair techniques
- Strong knowledge of vehicle construction and repair methods
- Ability to read and understand technical diagrams
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
