Executive Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Multan



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Multan. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and reflect current culinary trends
- Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standard of taste, presentation, and quality
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan events, promotions, and special menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with other departments, suppliers, and guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Creativity and passion for food with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Multan (non-local candidates must be willing to relocate)
