Merchandiser - Bergen, Norway


We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Merchandiser to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing visual strategies to promote products and increase sales. This is a contract position that is suitable for men without previous experience.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and execute visual displays in line with company branding
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, stock levels, and overall visual appeal
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and promotions
- Work closely with marketing teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns
- Train store staff on product features, display techniques, and customer engagement strategies
- Ensure all products are priced accurately, labeled correctly, and displayed neatly

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or marketing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with merchandising software is a plus
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: 1000$ per month
