Chef de Cuisine


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary team at a high-end restaurant in Chelyabinsk. This position is open to Canadians who are passionate about food and have previous experience working in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and implementing new menu items, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create new menu items that are innovative and reflect current food trends
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Maintain inventory levels of food and supplies, place orders as needed
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments to maintain profitability
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all health code regulations and safety standards

Requirements:
- Canadian nationality preferred but not required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution preferred but not required
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month. Additional benefits may be offered based on experience.
