Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, USA
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and assisting with the daily operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Creating, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports
- Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Liaising with clients and vendors as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling software a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary: $1000 per month
This is a full-time position with no English proficiency required. We welcome candidates from all nationalities. Prior administrative experience is not required but is considered an asset. We provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
