Architectural Designer (Contract) - Karachi, Pakistan


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and be able to create innovative and functional designs for various projects. This role requires someone with prior experience in the field, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. The salary for this position is 1000$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research and stay updated on industry trends and building codes
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet all requirements
- Oversee project progress from start to finish, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide guidance when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred
- Own visa is required
