As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Your main duties will include scanning items, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner
- Scan items, process payments, and issue receipts
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure correct amounts
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to management when necessary
- Keep checkout area clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves when needed
- Follow all cashier procedures accurately to prevent discrepancies or errors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for calculating transactions and making change
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to handle cash transactions quickly and accurately under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
