We are currently hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Ashdod. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating appealing product displays and managing inventory levels to increase sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products in an attractive manner
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and manage inventory levels
- Monitor sales performance and adjust product placement as needed
- Create eye-catching displays that align with brand guidelines
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product selection and placement
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Train store associates on proper merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to merchandise placement or availability

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques, floor plans, and inventory management principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience working in fashion retail
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing displays

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Ashdod, Israel (with accommodation provided)
