Construction Project Manager


A reputable construction company based in Sharjah is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects according to agreed timelines and budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Supervise and oversee all on-site activities including managing contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality
- Prepare project progress reports for clients and senior management
- Identify potential risks or obstacles and develop solutions to address them in a timely manner
- Monitor project expenses to ensure they stay within the allocated budget
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with other benefits. This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. Fluent English proficiency is required.
