Construction Manager


As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Sharjah. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Communicate project updates to all relevant parties on a regular basis
- Oversee the selection of subcontractors and suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making cost-saving decisions when necessary
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the UAE
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read blueprints
- Biometric passport required for visa processing
