Our growing architecture firm in Kaunas is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with our team of architects to bring our clients' visions to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts and plans
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess building conditions
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
