Are you a creative and detail-oriented Commercial Architect looking for an exciting opportunity in the beautiful city of Eschen, Kenya? Our architectural firm is seeking a talented and experienced architect to join our team on a contract basis.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative designs that meet their requirements while adhering to budget constraints and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and provide design proposals
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project plans are feasible
- Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they adhere to design plans and meet quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations in Kenya
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
