Head Baker



As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations. This includes managing a team of bakers, creating and designing new recipes, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our baked goods. You must have at least 3 years of experience as a baker, with prior experience in a leadership role preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of bakers, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
- Create new recipes and products that align with our bakery's brand and customer preferences
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all baked goods through regular taste tests and inspections
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain production levels
- Train new bakers on proper techniques and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan for special events or promotions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our bakery's offerings

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a baker, with previous leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, tools, and equipment
- Creativity in recipe development while also maintaining quality standards
- Ability to manage a team effectively while also working independently when needed
- Strong communication skills to provide direction to team members
- Attention to detail to ensure consistency in product quality
- Flexibility in schedule as weekend or early morning hours may be required
- Must have a valid work visa for US (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to relocate if necessary

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1800 per month. This is negotiable based on experience.
