We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in La Condamine. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and development projects. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring the quality and accuracy of all designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements.
- Develop project timelines and budgets, and ensure they are met.
- Supervise the work of architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Review designs for accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress.
- Identify potential issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for construction projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
