Part-Time Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in La-Condamine. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects for our company on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architectural projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project
- Supervise and guide architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure quality work
- Review and approve project designs, blueprints, and other architectural documents
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Several years of experience as an Architect or in a similar position
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
