We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pakistani Chef to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Pakistani dishes in our restaurant. Your role will involve planning menus, ordering ingredients, and overseeing kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Pakistani cuisine and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus featuring traditional Pakistani dishes
- Order ingredients and ensure the kitchen is stocked at all times
- Prepare food according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant
- Oversee kitchen operations, including cooking, plating, and presentation of dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Monitor food inventory and assist with budgeting for food costs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional Pakistani recipes and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise staff effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
