Office Manager
We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Lahore. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative and operational tasks within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all office operations, including but not limited to scheduling, budgeting, and purchasing
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures for optimal efficiency
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail correspondence
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and organizing company events
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office management role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.

This position is based in Lahore.
