We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with online purchases, orders, and payments
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a smooth online experience for customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales (online experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficiency in using various online platforms (e.g. social media, chat applications)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary: 1500$ per month

This is a contract job without accommodation provided. However, we offer a free visa and ticket for non-Monaco residents.
