Seasonal Executive Chef in Abu Dhabi
We are hiring a talented Executive Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi for a seasonal position. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Executive Chef in a high-end establishment and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create innovative and seasonal menus that cater to diverse tastes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining quality standards
- Manage kitchen budget and control costs through efficient inventory management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end establishment
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus and delivering exceptional culinary experiences
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to lead and train kitchen staff effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
