Architecture Manager - Moscow, Russia



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, as well as excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Lead a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality results
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design standards
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, building codes, and regulations in Russia
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Moscow, Russia.

Preference:
This job is open to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
